A 48-hour skin test is required prior to any colour service.

Deposits may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and time required.

Toners are not included in colour services and are charged separately.

Out-of-hours appointments will incur a 30% surcharge per service.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. Same-day cancellation (within 24 hours) or no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment cost. As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our diary and income. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time. Clients with outstanding cancellation fees must settle their balance before booking future appointments.

Three missed appointments will result in client release from the salon.

Late arrival may result in reduced service time or refusal of service. In cases where we are unable to carry out the service due to lateness, 100% of the appointment cost may still be charged.

We do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and, where appropriate, correct the service.

Please note, children with hair requiring an adult-level service may be charged accordingly. This will be assessed by the stylist based on hair length, thickness, and time required.
